Hunan
Sunny Hydropower Equipment Corporation (SHPE) was founded in
November 2004. It is formerly known as Hunan Xinning Hydropower
Equipment Manufactory founded in 1958, which is located in the
southwest of Hunan, the company's factory covers an area of
130,000 m
2
.
The company is a historic brand and professional manufacturer for
small and medium-sized hydropower equipments designated by
Ministry of Mechanical Industry of China, International Small
Hydropower Production Base and a membership of China Generating
Equipment Industry Association. Its production was once selected
to participate in Hanover International Fair by the Ministry of
Mechanical Industry in 1981 for its high cost performance of
product and high prize. With powerful technical strength and
advanced design concept, the company can independently design,
manufacture and install turbine-generating sets within unit
capacity of 50MW, covering Francis, Pelton, Inclined jet, Kaplan,
Tubular, as well as complete auxiliary equipments. SHPE has kept
closely technical cooperation with Tianjin Design & Research
Institute of Electric Drive (TRIED), China Institute of Water
Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR), Huazhong University of
Science and Technology (HUST) to improve its R&D level.
Relying on advanced technology, stable performance and reliable
quality, SHPE's products are sold well not only around China but
also are exported to Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia,
India, Nepal, Indonesia, Pakistan, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri
Lanka, Peru, Chile and Ecuador etc.
The
company has successfully passed the certification of ISO9001:2008
Quality Management System and implemented the 6S site management.
The company also has complete processing and testing equipments.
Its metal cutting equipments include: CNC 8m vertical lathe, CNC 5
m vertical lathe, 1.6 m ~ 2.5 m vertical lathe, C61125 × 8000 mm
and C61125 × 5000 horizontal lathes; T6216, T6110 and T618 boring
machines, CNC gantry boring and milling machine HTM 2028×40, CNC
vertical machining center RFMV105, Micro-control electrospark
linear cutting machine; special electrician equipment includes:
250t punch presses, 200t oil presses, expansion machines, silicon
sheet paint drying machines, anaerobic annealing furnaces, etc;
and the company is also equipped with generator testing center,
large bending machine, large annealing furnaces, automatic welding
machines, thermal stress releasing vibrator, 5t-75t traveling
cranes etc.
